The forging hydraulic press is widely used in open-die forging workshops. It is suitable for various forging operations involving large steel and non-ferrous metal components, including ingot forging, punching, rough die forging, and ring or hollow cylinder forming. It is especially well-suited for workshops with high groundwater levels, as it can be installed on a shallow foundation.

The press frame is supported by four preloaded forging columns. A movable worktable drives the forging piece forward,
and pressure is applied via the main cylinder, while the return cylinder lifts the crossbeam. This structure enables efficient performance even under eccentric forging conditions.
