Our Solution: Advanced Support-Type Vibration Isolation System

To address this challenge, Autumn Forging has developed a new support-type vibration isolation system featuring precision engineering and modular design.

System Composition:

• Foundation frame
• Elastic isolators
• Floating block
• Auxiliary structural components

Elastic elements are evenly arranged around the floating block to absorb and disperse vibration energy. A 50–80 cm maintenance passage is reserved between the floating block and the outer frame, allowing convenient access for inspections and ensuring long-term stability.

Additionally, a built-in drainage well inside the frame allows collection and discharge of wastewater, preventing contamination of the isolation system.
