T31 Series CNC Manipulator

The CNC forging manipulator is designed to work in coordination with a forging hydraulic press. It is primarily used for clamping shaft-type forgings and billets to perform forging operations.

This manipulator features a fully hydraulic drive system and a wall-plate structural design, ensuring high strength and stability. The body consists of a robust frame and laterally connected side plates. A clamping mechanism equipped with jaw rotation functionality allows for precise control of forging movement.

All movements are powered by an independent hydraulic system and accumulator, guaranteeing efficient and smooth operation.

Precise movement is supported in three axial directions: horizontal, vertical tilt, and longitudinal rotation. Movement speed can be adjusted in steps.

The manipulator supports three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic, and automatic. It is interfaced with the forging main machine (hydraulic press or hammer) via digital connection to enable synchronized forging control.

In automatic mode, the manipulator follows preset steps based on pulse signals from the forging press. All operations are controlled by a PLC system, ensuring high efficiency and precision.
