Late payments may result in delayed production, shipment, or cancellation of the order.
Ownership of goods remains with Autumn Forging until full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF) will be agreed upon in the sales contract.
Delivery dates are estimated and subject to change due to production schedules, material availability, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Product Warranty

Autumn Forging provides a standard warranty for all equipment, details of which will be outlined in the final purchase agreement. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Autumn Forging shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the equipment or service in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all technical documents, pricing information, and communications confidential and not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jiangsu Province, China.
