Description of ZHLJ Series CNC Hydraulic Loading and Unloading Machine
The rail-mounted forging loading and unloading machine combines mechanical and hydraulic drive systems, featuring functions such as main crane travel, auxiliary crane travel, auxiliary crane rotation, clamp rod extension/retraction, clamp rod lifting, and clamp head rotation. It is primarily used for removing and transporting forgings or scrap from a heating furnace, significantly reducing auxiliary operation time, improving production efficiency, and greatly reducing physical labor, thereby promoting the mechanization of forging production.
This equipment is characterized by its wide working range and exceptional load-bearing capacity, making it particularly suitable for accurately placing forgings deep within the furnace. The compact and flexible manipulator design ensures efficient and swift transfer processes. The equipment’s boom length keeps critical components away from high-temperature sources, ensuring safety and reliability in harsh environments. Additionally, the rail-mounted forging loading and unloading machine has a broader application scope, suitable for transferring workpieces between multiple process stages, greatly enhancing the flexibility and overall efficiency of the production line.
